These younger kids, aged 4 to 8 will start and end camp at Little Bees Forest School on the west side of town or Apple Blossoms on the east side. Camp will run 9:15-3 for 5 days with a different theme each week. Fridays will be a bike day! There is a 3-day (Tuesday-Thursday) option as well for children who are not able to bike for 2 miles independently. We will start the day with some free play before transitioning to our activity then into our nature walk or bike. Every day we will carry our backpacks to a park or playground for some more exploratory play and lunch before heading back to our home base. Camp is 100% outdoors whatever the weather! Please make sure your child is comfortable with being outside rain or shine! Families are expected to provide the appropriate gear, snacks, lunch and water bottle. Low ratio of 1:6 with up to 12 kids.

5 Day Option - Monday through Friday $395/week

3 Day Option - Tuesday through Thursday $310/session

Please note the Little Bees and Apple Blossoms are separate businesses that work together to provide coverage for our families all summer long. Payment must be made to each business as appropriate.
RAD Camp

These older kids, aged 6 (rising 1st graders) to 10 (rising 5th graders) will start and end camp at Scenic Park Elementary. Camp will run for a full day of 9:15-3pm for three days. Camp will be 100% outside no matter the weather! We will mostly be focusing on hiking or biking the popular trails in Anchorage. Children must be able to walk and hike a minimum of 5 miles independently while also carrying their packs. This camp is designed to be moving almost the entire time; it is not the same as Forest Camp! Families are expected to provide the appropriate gear (especially footwear), snacks, lunch and water bottle. This is a small camp and will only have up to 5 kids participating as we will load up in a car to experience different trails. Please note that these camps correlate to Apple Blossoms 3-day camps for ease on parents with multiple aged kiddos.
